Tripcarte.Asia offers a range of attraction tickets for all major attractions and hidden delights in Malaysia

FlexPlus & FlexBasic Tickets (tickets that DO NOT require a selected date or time) purchased via Tripcarte.asia are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

After 6 months, you will not be able to redeem your ticket at the attraction counters.

Had to cancel your holiday plans and will not be able to redeem any of the tickets bought? Had too much to do (or just too much lazing around) and did not manage to visit the attractions during your holiday? Not everyone wanted to go to all the attractions so only some of the tickets were redeemed? Don’t worry, we understand. It happens.

You can get a refund for any of the FlexPlus & FlexBasic tickets (unless stated otherwise at the attraction page details) that has not been redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase. No questions asked.

Most Attractive Promotions:

We will process your refund after completing Refund Form. Your purchase will first be verified. There will be a small cancellation fees of 10% imposed for all cancellation.

In the Event of attraction closure:

Most of the attractions displayed in Tripcarte.asia are open every day of the year including school and public holidays. However, for safety reasons, attractions may temporarily close for a few hours in case of bad weather or planned maintenance.

If you are unable to visit any of the attractions due to this or any other similar reasons, don’t worry – just fill up Refund Form and your refund will be processed then.

Eligibility to claim the RM50 Stimulus Voucher rebate:

The claimant is to register as Firefly's member at sites.

The claimant needs to ensure that he/she updates their NRIC number when registering or existing members to update their NRIC number.

A successful claimant will receive an email with the RM50 voucher code to be redeemed for domestic flight bookings at Firefly’s website or mobile app.

The voucher code will be valid until 30 November 2022. Any unutilized voucher is non-extended upon the expiry date. All voucher codes are good for travel till 31 December 2022.

The claimant is only entitled to a one-time claim of the Stimulus Voucher and it is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or in kind.
